SLICING: Use the middle dial to adjust the thickness of the slices, with a range of 0-8mm.

SHREDDING JULIENNE: Rotate both knobs 360° to ensure that both sets of blades are popped up. Check the state of the julienne blades by inspecting the crack while rotating the knobs.

FRENCH FRIES / THICK STRIPS: Simply rotate the right knob 360° to pop up the blades. Secure the knob in place and adjust the slicing dial to the desired thickness (4-8). Now you can cut beautiful French fries or thick strips.

CUTTING DICES: Begin by cutting the food into thick slices (4-8mm). Insert the slices vertically into the food chute, rotate the fries blades (right knob) out, and pump the handle to obtain nicely diced food.
